Identified — Customers with UISP, UniFi and Omada servers in the London region, will be experiencing offline service today as our hosting provider is currently experiencing an outage. We are monitoring the situation and will update this page with more information.

Identified — We have received server down reports related to UISP instances in general, not just those hosted by HostiFi. The issue prevents the UISP instance from booting up when restarted. This is due to a bug in the Geomagnetism library. Currently, our developer Andrew is working on a patch and we hope Ubiquiti will also release a hotfix for UISP users who aren't using HostiFi.

Resolved — Service has been restored to all servers. A server related issue at our infrastructure provider Vultr caused a limited set of instances in New Jersey to power off. Our support team rebooted each VPS one by one to fix the issue. No further interruptions are anticipated at this time.
